Pamela Quinlan

Pamela has over 18 years of public and private sector experience in energy market regulation and policy.  As the former Chief of Staff at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and a veteran of several RTO/ISO stakeholders processes, Pamela brings deep market expertise and strong understanding of the regulatory landscape to the firm's clients. 


Most recently, Pamela served as a Senior Policy Advisor on Energy Markets and Resource Adequacy to FERC Chairman Phillips.  She served as the Commission's Chief of Staff from January, 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, she served as a Technical Advisor to then-Commissioner Glick. She first joined FERC in 2015 where she was Senior Energy Industry Analyst in the Commission's Office of Energy Market Regulation.


​Before joining FERC, Pamela worked in Energy Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Consolidated Edison in New York where she built coalitions in the PJM and NYISO stakeholder processes. Prior to that she worked at Standard & Poor's and she began her career developing demand response and energy efficiency programs for CPower Energy Management.


Pamela earned a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, where she also earned her bachelor's degree. She and her husband Eric have two children and live in Chevy Chase, MD.

Andrew Hall

Andrew Hall is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at ACES in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, Andrew oversees ACES’ Portfolio Strategy, Portfolio Modeling, Transmission, Resource Planning, Data Science and Origination teams. Andrew joined ACES in January 2005 and has since gained a broad range of skills through ACES’ Portfolio Modeling, Transmission, and Portfolio Strategy departments.

Andrew was previously Vice President of Portfolio Strategy where he focused his efforts on managing the long-term portfolio and risk management strategies for several ACES’ Members and Customers, including managing mid-to-long term strategic planning objectives for traditional and structured portfolios. This process includes asset management, asset valuation, integrated resource planning, regulatory impacts on portfolios and markets, commodity market risk management, capacity management, and transmission markets. In this role Andrew also oversaw ACES’ Fuels, Meteorology and Transmission functions. In addition to the Strategy role, Andrew also served as Interim Vice President of Planning and Power Supply for one of ACES’ Members, Central Electric Power Cooperative, Inc., helping fill a need until a permanent solution was established.

Andrew has spent his entire career at ACES. Prior to joining Portfolio Strategy, Andrew spent 11 years in ACES’ Transmission Department in various capacities, culminating with the role of Executive Director of Transmission Services. During this time, Andrew was responsible for congestion management strategies across PJM, MISO, SPP, ERCOT, and CAISO ranging from one month to ten years, long-term physical transmission management, the completion of a wide array of consulting project in all regions of the United States, and the growth and development of the transmission staff.

Andrew has a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Purdue University. He is also Series 3 certified with the National Futures Association.

Shari Heino

Shari Heino joined Brazos Electric in 2011 and has served as its Chief Risk & Compliance Officer since 2016. Shari started her career in the electric industry in 1999, serving as an attorney for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. ("ERCOT") for eight years. She then spent another five years practicing utility law with Mathews & Freeland, a small Austin utility law firm. Shari graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Plan II/Philosophy cum laude at the University of Texas at Austin and received her J.D. from the UT School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Shari's hobbies include dog training, ballroom dancing and magic.

Dennis Pidherny

Dennis M. Pidherny is a Managing Director – Public Finance at Fitch Ratings, Ltd, and responsible for overseeing the analytical activities for the firm’s Municipal Utilities Groups including U.S. Public Power and Water & Sewer, as well as its Municipal Structured Finance Group.  In his current role he is responsible for the development and implementation of master and sub-sector rating criteria, as well as presenting Fitch’s research to a wide variety of issuers, institutional investors, lenders and other financial intermediaries.  As a member of the U.S. Public Finance leadership team, Dennis has also held managerial responsibilities for a broader group of Fitch’s municipal sector revenue-supported analytical groups including Healthcare, Higher Education and Community Development & Social Lending.

Prior to joining Fitch Ratings in 2010, Dennis was Managing Director at Ambac Assurance Corporation where he was principally responsible for managing the underwriting activity for the company’s U.S. based investor-owned, cooperative and wholesale municipal utility clients, as well as for many international clients. 

Dennis began his career as a member of The Bank of New York’s Energy Industries Division and Capital Markets Division, where he was responsible for financing domestic and international electric and gas utilities, municipal electric companies and independent power producers.

Dennis earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Organizational Psychology from the University of Rochester. He also earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting and Corporate and Market Organizations from the William E. Simon School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. He has served as a member of the William E. Simon School’s Executive Advisory Committee and its Alumni Council, and is a frequent seminar speaker.

Matt Moore

Matt has 27 years in the energy industry.  Prior to joining Golden Spread, Matt worked for an investor-owned utility and a merchant generation company.   The last 15 years have been his favorite, working for the Cooperative business model.  Matt has been with the organization during significant generation and commercial expansion in the Southwest Power Pool (“SPP”) and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (“ERCOT”).  He has worked across the organization and has been heavily involved in the development of risk management policies, compliance guides, member service products, strategy initiatives and numerous regulatory filings.  In his current role as VP, Commercial and Asset Operations he is responsible for the overall Business Model Strategy and Planning efforts of the Cooperative.  He oversees the market operations and power supply activities, ensuring that initiatives and operations are aligned with the strategic direction of the Golden Spread Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Mike is currently the Enterprise Risk Program Manager at Tri-State G&T in Westminster, Colorado. He has over 35 years of energy experience and over 20 years of risk management experience.

He has worked in nuclear generation, trading and asset management, resource planning and enterprise/energy risk management.

Kevin Zemanek

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology and master’s degree in Engineering Management. He began his tenure with Buckeye Power in 2004 as a power system scheduler and has progressively taken on more responsibility over the last 20 years. Kevin is currently the Vice President of Operations and leads Buckeye’s market operations, enterprise risk management, field engineering, facilities management, and RTO regulatory activities.

Megan Ogden

Megan Ogden joined Energy Insurance Services staff as Controller of Energy Captive Management in 2020 and is now Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Insurance Services.  Megan is a CPA with public accounting experience prior to joining Marsh in the Cayman Islands to begin her career in captive management in 2004.  After ten years with Marsh, Megan and her family moved to South Carolina in 2014 where she opened the JLT Insurance Management office and served as a Senior Account Executive and US Chief Operations Officer until Marsh’s acquisition of JLT. 

Her captive experience includes most industry sectors including energy and all forms of captive structures including protected cell or sponsored captives.  Megan received her B.A. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and holds her CPA designation from North Carolina.

Mo Saleh

Mo Saleh was appointed CFC's senior vice president and chief risk officer in 2021. Saleh has oversight of CFC's Enterprise Risk Group, which includes enterprise risk management, credit risk management, credit standards and policy, counterparty credit risk, special situation management, asset-liability management, macroeconomic and financial market research, and pricing of CFC's loan products.

Saleh rejoined CFC in 2016 after leaving the company in 2005 to pursue a career in commercial banking and international financial regulation. During his tenure at CFC, Saleh has held various positions across the Treasury and Finance Group including vice president of financial risk management. Previous roles included responsibility for CFC's short-term funding and treasury operations, overseeing CFC's investment portfolio and hedging interest rate risk.

Saleh holds a B.S. in corporate finance from the University of Maryland, College Park (magna cum laude) and an M.B.A. from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

Roger Tutterow

Roger Tutterow is Professor of Economics at Kennesaw State University where he holds the Henssler Financial Endowed Chair.

His analysis of the economic, business and political environments have been featured in a variety of media including Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Business Week, Forbes, USA Today, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Arizona Republic, Florida Times-Union, Kansas City Star, Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Orlando Sentinel, Palm Beach Post, Wichita Eagle and on CNN, CNBC, NBC, Bloomberg Television, NPR’s “Marketplace” and “All Things Considered,” CNN-Radio as well as by regional electronic and print media.

In addition to his work in academia, Dr. Tutterow has served as a consultant on financial economics and statistical modeling for corporate clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to closely held businesses. He has provided expert testimony on economic, financial and statistical matters in state and federal court, before the Georgia General Assembly and before the Georgia Public Service Commission. Dr. Tutterow has given several hundred speeches to professional groups in over 40 states and Canada on topics in the economic, business and political arenas.

Dr. Tutterow served on the Council of Economic Advisors, under three Georgia Governors. In 2010, he was named to the Special Council on Tax Reform and Fairness for Georgians, which conducted a comprehensive review of Georgia’s Tax Code. In addition, Dr. Tutterow serves on the Georgia Child Support Commission, the Cobb County Public Employees’ Pension Board and the Board of Trustees of Berry College. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinings Bank, on the Board of Managers for PrimeARCapital, on the Southern Region Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Blood Services and the Board of Directors for Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Atlanta. He was selected by Georgia Trend magazine as a “notable Georgian” and as one of “Georgia’s Most Influential” by James magazine.

A Georgia native, Dr. Tutterow holds a B.S. in Decision Science from Berry College and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from Georgia State University. Prior to joining Kennesaw State University, Dr. Tutterow held faculty and administrative appointments at West Virginia University, Georgia State University and Mercer University. He has also served as a visiting professor at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and at the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies in Seoul, South Korea.

Narmada Nanjundan

Narmada Nanjundan is currently Director of Risk for East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC).  Ms. Nanjundan joined EKPC in November 2011.  In her current capacity she is responsible for EKPC’s Enterprise Risk Program (ERP), market risk, credit risk, business insurance and business continuity.  

Ms. Nanjundan has over twenty five years of experience in the energy industry, with investor owned utilities, federal government as well as cooperatives.   Prior to working at EKPC, Ms. Nanjundan worked for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, D.C., where she was a Branch Chief for Surveillance, Energy Market Oversight at the Office of Enforcement.  Ms. Nanjundan also worked for NextEra Energy Resources, Duke Energy and Exelon.

Her industry experience includes enterprise risk management, business insurance, rates & regulatory policy, asset acquisition & optimization, wholesale & retail structuring, marketing & trading, business development, portfolio modeling, renewable energy logistics & financial statement analysis.

Ms. Nanjundan holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from Illinois State University, a graduate degree in cost accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in Calcutta, India, and a Bachelor of commerce degree in Taxation from Bangalore University in Bangalore, India.  Ms. Nanjundan also earned her Energy Risk Professional (ERP) certification in 2013 from Global Association of Risk Professional (GARP).  Ms. Nanjundan is a chartered accountant, the equivalent in India of a certified public accountant.

Whit Williamson

Whit Williamson is the Director of Power Supply at ODEC. He manages and oversees the commercial team, which includes intramonth and mid-term power, gas, and environmental hedging activities, the capacity portfolio, and renewables origination. With close to 20 years in the utility industry, Whit joined ODEC in 2016 as the Portfolio Manager for the Power Supply group. Prior to coming to ODEC, he spent over 11 years with Dominion Energy, spanning both the electric and gas sectors. There, he traded energy and managed regulated generation assets, procured natural gas for the regulated fleet, as well as helped form and operate the long-term gas planning group. Prior to his utility career, Whit was in the equity trading business for three years.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Information Systems with a minor in Finance from James Madison University.

Alison Lontz is Director, Corporate Compliance at Oglethorpe Power Corporation in Tucker, Georgia. Alison joined Oglethorpe Power in October 2009.

Caitlin Schiebel

Caitlin has been working in environmental compliance for 20 years. Since starting at Buckeye Power in 2014, she has been responsible for overall compliance at Cardinal Plant, an 1,800 MW coal facility in Brilliant, OH, and natural gas peaking facilities in Greenville and Convoy, OH.

Caitlin received her Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton. After interning at Ohio EPA, she moved to public power as an Environmental Specialist with American Municipal Power, focusing on CT and NGCC air issues.

Caitlin and her team at Buckeye have most recently been navigating industry-wide regulatory changes and working with Cardinal to develop compliance strategies across all media. She has been advocating on behalf of Buckeye to continue to provide reliable, affordable power to cooperative members in Ohio.

Melissa Fischer

Melissa Fischer is Vice President of Risk Management Services at ACES in Carmel, Indiana. Melissa joined ACES in November 1998. In her current role, Melissa oversees the Trading Control and Portfolio Valuation departments as well as various risk management services provided to ACES’ members and customers, such as risk management policy development, risk management assessments, risk management training, and ongoing risk management implementation support.

Melissa plans, organizes, and hosts ACES’ annual Risk Managers Forum and also hosts quarterly Risk Managers Working Group meetings for the risk management personnel of ACES’ Members.  She also serves on the internal risk management committee of one of ACES’ Members and is an ex officio member of the G&T Accounting and Finance Association’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee.

In addition to overseeing certain risk management services provided to ACES’ Members and Customers, Melissa also runs ACES’ internal risk management committee and oversees ACES’ internal enterprise risk management program.

Theresa Young

Theresa graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has many years of experience working for utility companies including Cinergy (Duke Energy predecessor) and Vectren Corporation (CenterPoint Energy predecessor).  Since 2003, she’s worked for Wabash Valley Power as Controller, Vice President of Financial Services and CFO overseeing all accounting, internal & external reporting, and budgeting & forecasting functions.  In 2022 Theresa was named COO and her responsibilities also now include Human Resources and the Engineering and Operations functions.  Theresa serves on numerous committees working together with the various partners to discuss and understand financial and operational issues that affect Wabash Valley Power.

Now that Theresa’s kids are off on their own, she and her husband are using their free time to relax and travel. She is an avid reader and is enjoying being a first-time grandmother.

John Rohrbach

John Rohrbach is Managing Director of Capacity Markets for ACES in Carmel, Indiana. John joined ACES in January of 2012 as the Manager of Regulatory and Market Affairs covering the PJM and CAISO RTO markets. In his current role, John is responsible for PJM capacity markets and PJM regulatory & market affairs, as well as tracking the developments in other markets.

John has over 32 years of industry experience. He began his career in 1985 as a research economist with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, and has served the personal advisory staffs of Commissioners John Hanger and Nora Mead Brownell of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. John previously worked at GenOn Energy (and predecessor companies RRI Energy and Reliant Energy) as Director - Regulatory Analytics. Prior to that, he was the Manager of Federal/RTO Affairs, in the rates department at CenterPoint Energy and also worked at Lukens Energy Group (now part of Black & Veatch). He has provided testimony in FERC electric market design and natural gas pipeline rate proceedings, and on matters impacting the commercial interests of ACES’ Members. He has several published articles in The Electricity Journal.

Andy Berger

Andy Berger is Vice President, Environmental Compliance and Policy/ESG for Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. He manages environmental regulatory compliance and policy analysis and advocacy. Mr. Berger spearheaded the initiation of Tri-State’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) presence and its first three ESG Reports. With degrees from the University of Denver and James Madison University, he has 26 years of environmental management experience.

Josh is the Executive Director of IT Project Management at ACES in Carmel, IN. He oversees IT projects, assists in developing and implementing IT strategy, and ensures operational continuity. Josh first joined ACES in 2015, where he held roles in infrastructure management and cybersecurity until 2020. He subsequently led IT operations and contributed to FinTech initiatives at First Internet Bank of Indiana before rejoining ACES in 2023. Josh holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Western Governors University.

Courtney Stooksbury Parker

Courtney Stooksbury Parker is Associate General Counsel, Executive Director of Legal and Corporate Compliance at ACES in Carmel, Indiana. Courtney joined ACES in 2011. In her current role, Courtney oversees ACES’ Legal and Corporate Compliance teams, who provide advice to the company on a wide variety of matters, such as commodity transactions, business law, labor and employment, contracts, governance, corporate and market compliance, and energy regulation.

Prior to her role in ACES’ Legal department, she worked in ACES’ Contract Administration department. In this role, Courtney was responsible for analyzing and negotiating power, natural gas, financial, emissions allowance, and renewable energy agreements to help ACES’ Members and Customers meet their energy and planning needs.

Courtney is an Indiana board member for the Association of Corporate Counsel and a member of the Utility Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Electric Cooperative Bar Association. Additionally, Courtney serves as a member of the Edison Electric Institute – Contract Drafting Committee.

Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

Jerry Purvis

Jerry Purvis reports to the East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC) Chief Operations Officer & Executive Vice President with responsibility for environmental affairs.  EKPC generates over 3,500 megawatts of coal-fired, natural gas-fired and renewable energy through 2,900 plus miles of transmission serving 87 of the 120 counties in Kentucky.  This effort serves 16 Owner-Member Cooperatives with over 1,200,000 customers, industry, local business entities in rural Kentucky.  The company is one of the last remaining KY-owned electric utility companies.

He has served in many roles in his 30 years of service including: Senior Production Engineer, Cooper Station Maintenance Superintendent, Environmental Affair Manager 2008, promoted in 2011 to Director of Environmental Affairs, Vice President promoted 2017 and a member of the Executive Staff. 

He and his staff manage environmental affairs with a proactive environmental philosophy by use of the latest environmental management system technology to mitigate risk to the environment and to serve their customers. 

He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Chemistry Society, Utility Information Exchange Kentucky, National Rural Electric Association as Chair of Environmental Policy Committee, and Co-Chair of Midwest Ozone Group.  He is active in the community volunteering for EKPC Good Giving Committee, a charitable outreach and as the Executive Sponsor for the EKPC Safety Rules and Procedures team.

He earned dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Chemistry from Morehead State University and Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and later, a Master of Business Administration from Morehead State University.

Todd Bennett

Todd has been active in the power industry for 23 years and directly involved with NERC compliance initiatives since 2009. His industry background includes 7 years at Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative which included roles as a transmission facility design engineer and director of power grid operations; and 16 years at AECI working in NERC compliance. His focus while at AECI has been operations, planning, and critical infrastructure protection issues. AECI is registered as a Jointly Registered Organization (JRO) for the following functions on behalf of a diverse set of organizations: BA, DP, GO, GOP, PC, RP, TO, TOP, TP, and TSP. Resolving issues based on these functional registrations has made him deeply aware of the current reliability issues and challenges that NERC and the industry are facing.

He has participated in multiple NERC & SERC industry groups and was a past chair of the SERC registered entity forum, the current chair of the NERC Standards Committee, and previous co-chair of the NERC Standing Committees Coordinating Group. His current role at AECI is the Managing Director of Reliability Compliance and Audit Services. His professional focus is management of the AECI NERC compliance program, participation in NERC standards development, participation in industry initiatives, monitoring compliance with effective standards, and implementation of an AECI Board approved internal audit work plan.

He obtained a BS in Engineering from the University of Missouri and an MS of Engineering Management from the Missouri Institute of Science & Technology. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and has obtained Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) credentials as well.

Jett Price

Mr. Price joined Golden Spread in 2015 as a Resource Planning Analyst, serving in the role for two years before moving to the Enterprise Risk group where he has worked to develop and mature Golden Spread’s risk program and awareness for seven years. Additional responsibilities include managing credit exposure and financial modeling. Mr. Price serves on the Credit Finance Sub Group for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas and the Generation and Transmission Accounting and Finance Association’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Before coming to Golden Spread, Mr. Price worked as a Branch Manager for a Credit Union.

Dave White has worked for Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. for 17 years. He began his Cooperative career working in the Power Generation Division before transitioning to Information Systems, where he spearheaded the development of a new cybersecurity program. Currently, Dave serves as Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations. In this role, he oversees IT Platform Engineering, Cyber Engineering, Cyber Operations, Compliance, and Physical Security.

Matthew Duncan

Matthew Duncan serves as the vice president of Security Operations and Intelligence (SOI), overseeing cyber and physical security analysis and services for the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC). The E-ISAC reduces cyber and physical security risk to the North American electric industry by providing timely and actionable insights to its more than 1,400 members to assist in the protection of critical electricity infrastructure. The SOI team provides unique insights on physical and cyber threats, conducts proactive threat hunting, and manages the Cybersecurity Risk Information Sharing Program (CRISP). With 15 years of national security experience, Mr. Duncan works with the energy sector and government to provide security context to support risk, business, and operational decision-making. Prior to joining the E-ISAC, Mr. Duncan managed sector-specific agency and state government security and emergency response outreach at the U.S.  Department of Energy. He also served as deputy political officer at the Helmand Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghanistan, a strategic policy analyst at the Pentagon, and a policy assistant for a U.S. attorney.

Mr. Duncan holds two Global Information Assurance Certifications (Cyber Threat Intelligence and Critical Infrastructure Protection), a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University, and master’s degree from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. He was also a Fulbright grantee to Germany.

Micah serves as the Vice President of Portfolio and Markets at Prairie Power, where he is responsible for all market activities, power supply and resource planning. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Illinois.

Dan Devine

Daniel joined the AEGIS Excess Liability underwriting team in February 2018. In this role, Daniel handles AEGIS’s Generation & Transmission Cooperative book, fully integrated electric & gas utilities, Canadian utilities and has since expanded to Construction Wrap-Up Liability underwriting. Daniel started his insurance career in 2012 as a casualty broker at Marsh & McLennan, in the Public Entity & Higher Education placement group. In December 2014, Daniel left Marsh to further his career at Willis Towers Watson where he worked as a Construction Casualty Placement broker, staying until joining AEGIS. Daniel graduated from James Madison University in May 2012 where he earned a B.B.A in Marketing.

Kris Karafa

Kris has held a variety of leadership and management positions over his career, in operations, development, finance and construction management. Most recently, Kris focused on supervising energy investments and development activities at Gen X Energy. Before that, while at Venture Global LNG and South Louisiana Methanol, he was actively involved in managing development initiatives for two LNG export terminals (combined 30 MTPA) as well as the non-recourse debt-financing process for a multibillion methanol project. Earlier, he spent time in Bechtel’s corporate finance and investment group, as well as in its infrastructure group. Kris started his career in the US Army.

Kris holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Jason Painter

Jason has held a variety of leadership and management positions over his career focused on power supply including operations, planning, transmission, portfolio strategy, analytics, and origination. Jason joined Kindle Energy in April 2023. In his current role, Jason is focused on strategic customer initiatives, including greenfield, brownfield, and co-located thermal generation development across all customer segments. Prior to joining Kindle Energy, Jason held various roles of increasing responsibility at ACES. Jason began his career as a real-time power trader, and progressed through various portfolio support roles including transmission, ultimately managing the portfolio strategy team. Jason also held roles at ACES within the executive team, most recently as the Chief Strategy Officer. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, an MBA from the Krannert School at Purdue University, and completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program.

Lindsay Little

Lindsay joined Kindle Energy in June 2019. In her current role, Lindsay is focused on strategic initiatives, including asset optimization and long-term asset strategy, M&A, and development support, which includes leading Kindle's efforts in carbon capture, hydrogen, and simple and combined cycle gas turbine technology solutions for new build projects. Prior to joining Kindle Energy, Lindsay held various roles of increasing responsibility at NRG Energy, Inc. Lindsay began her career as an Environmental Engineer, specializing in Texas air permitting and compliance, and progressed through various environmental support roles, ultimately managing the air program for NRG's Gulf Coast fleet. Lindsay also held roles at NRG within the plant operations organization, focused on outage and work management, business operations, and asset optimization. Lindsay holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering Science with a focus in Electrical Engineering from Trinity University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
