The goals of the RFP are outlined in the RFP document, and respondents meeting those goals will be most favorably looked upon.
Any variation in financial assurance timing will be determined on a project by project basis in phase 2 of the process.
Existing resources and resources to be developed are welcomed in this RFP. The sub-sections in Section 3.1.detail the required/desired delivery locations for capacity and energy.
GLU has a preference for bids in Zone 1 and Zone 2 but will evaluate all proposals.
Yes, GLU will accept bids for solar + storage and standalone storage.
Distributed resources are eligible to participate in the RFP as long as they are in aggregate 2 MW or greater.
GLU cannot make suggestions on how to offer an intermittent resource.
GLU will analyze both new and existing resources based on the information provided by the respondent.
GLU cannot provide this guidance to a respondent.
GLU will consider unit contingent offers.
GLU will consider bundled energy and capacity, capacity only, and energy only. GLU’s preference would be for a response that includes both energy and capacity.
